Through festivals, events, and community programming, Pride Durham brings people together to celebrate, connect, and create a more inclusive and welcoming region for all.

What Pride Durham Offers

Pride Festival & Parade

A vibrant celebration of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, bringing together thousands of people from across Durham Region and beyond.

 The Parade will begin at Kings Crescent outside of Town Hall and will travel southbound to the corner of Falby Ct. and Harwood.

The Pride festival will take place at Ajax Community Centre in Ice Pad 2. 

Please be advised that the following roads will be closed for a portion of the day on Saturday, June 6, to accommodate the Durham Pride Parade.

  • Bayly St. W. (Finley Ave. to Salem Rd.) from 12:45 to 2 p.m.

  • Harwood Ave. S. (Birch Cres. to Emperor St.) from 12:45 to 2 p.m.

  • Mackenzie Ave. (Bayly Ave. to Clements Rd. W.) from 12:45 to 2 p.m.

  • Achilles Rd. (Harwood Ave. S. to Salem Rd.) from 12:45 to 2 p.m.
