Can I change my creative mid-campaign?
A: Annual sponsors can swap creatives during their campaign. Other packages can request a creative change; additional administration fees may apply.
What formats do you accept?
A: PNG for static images and MP4 for video. Please follow the artwork specifications provided with your advertising package.
Can you design the ad for me?
A: Basic layout assistance may be available on request and fees may apply. Whenever possible, please provide finished artwork.
Do you offer charity or nonprofit discounts?
A: We support community organizations whenever possible. Mention your organization in the inquiry form and we’ll follow up with available options.
