We’ll engage in activities like self-care bingo, discuss mental health challenges and solutions, and practice mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress. Whether you’re looking to learn new coping strategies, share your self-care practices, or simply connect with others, this group is here to support you.

Let’s prioritize our mental health together and empower each other with the tools to practice self-care in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

This month, we’ll engage in fun and meaningful activities, including sharing our best Pride memories, discussing ways to foster trans inclusivity in Pride events, and brainstorming ideas for future trans-focused initiatives. Whether you're looking to share your own experiences or hear from others, this group is here to celebrate and support you.
